Why bus didn't had seat belts? Chloe question on 24 April 2010

Helicopter had seat belts for passenger, Car also had it.........Why the bus didn't had seat belts? She start felt curious after i asked her to take care of her brother when they will be going to school trip next month. I had been asking am I able to join the trip....hope i can join it....It will keeping me not thinking too much. hahaha...........

I'm not worry too much on the way they going to the trip and i keep thinking of when they are on the way back...they may felt tired after a half day......They might felt as asleep especially when they are in the air cond bus. That why I'm asking Chloe to take care of his brother head when both of them sleep.

Chloe come up with conclusion.....BUS MUST HAD SEAT BELTS TO BE MORE SAFE AND SECURE!

Currently, Chloe almost must do somethings about art or craft before sleeping. Mommy was already very tired and she keep repeating she wanted to do some art and craft thing. I just pass somethings that I found on the art box.

Sushi King on 24 April 2010

Visit Sushi King for dinner after swimming assessment at Jade Hills' Club.


Everyone split the chopsticks on our own. Jonathan did it on his own as well.

Schooling journey .....January 2008

Chloe attend kindergarten for the first time...January 2008. She was 3 years and 3 months old.

This was the first time Chloe attend kindergarten. Daddy drive Chloe to school since mommy need to drive to KL to work in the early morning. Drive and drop Chloe to teacher.......She was crying........and crying..........

Second day, she was so scared and refused to go to school again. We still force her to try again to attend the kindergarten. Adults were thinking of she might love it and she was just need time to adjust in the new environment.

Third day, she was sick and coughing........Mommy was at the office and received called from grandmother who was taking care of them at home. Chloe was coughing non stop and she had stomach pain. No eating and drinking anymore. Mommy rush home and drive her to hospital. This was the first time Chloe stayed in the hospital due to infection of lung.....somethings that will lead to asthma.

Because of this, mommy decided to postponed since she was not ready yet. Half year passed, Mommy try to find another suitable kindergarten for Chloe as well as Jonathan in June 2008. Jonathan was 2 years and 7 months old. Why mommy keep sending them to school? As a parent, I would try to send them to kindergarten at least someone teaching them somethings.....someone was playing with each others. And not staying at home watching tv for the whole day......cartoon and when grandmother watch tv they were also watching.

This time, Chloe was able to adapt to the environment, stopped crying after 2 weeks and she was willing to go to school. Jonathan was keep crying.........Both of them was drive by auntie (one of Chloe's classmate's mother). Sometimes, grandmother start chasing them at put them in the car. So pitiful.........my girl still remember that until now. Another half year gone. We were now heading to year 2009.

Since Jonathan already crying for the half year 2008. Mommy decided to change school again. Luckily, we went to a church based kindergarten with full of loving and caring teachers. Jonathan called it Ferrari school. He love it but he still crying in the early morning...on and off for the whole year 2008. But, still ok........In the December 2008, Mommy was taking advance of VSS to be full time mommy. My mother who was taking care of my two darlings for 4 years decided to take care my pregnant sister who was due on April 2009.

Year 2009-Both of them attend different kindergarten. Chloe was refused to change since she already had her friends there. Chloe still attached to the MRC Junior and Jonathan attend Hi Five Enrichment center. Why it was not called as kindergarten? I don't know.......until now. Chloe was following the course.......not so effective..........felt pressure on Chloe. The main problem of that school...........children had no motivation to learn. They were spoon feed everyday. I decided to change again on the end of 2009. I decided to quit......

In the year 2010, both of them finally meet together. Why my daughter willing to go to his brother school? Haha......the power of friends influences.......5 years old girl only. Her good friend was enrolled to her brother school. She also wish to change to her brother school now. Today, was the first day of school. She was happy. After come back from school, she cannot sleep in the afternoon nap. She keep telling me....the new school was really fun.

What so special about Hi Five Enrichment Center? For me, million thanks must go to the principal and a group of young, handsome, pretty teachers. Almost all of the teachers in the early of 20+. This year, they impressed me with the motivation course for pre-school group. Is this working for the children? Children need motivation course? Yes, the answered with no doubt. My girl always said to me now, Mommy you can do it, you can achieve it.

I felt so great about this school.........Thank you.......Arigato Gozaimasu

3 years of schooling, My girl already changed 3 schools. How about the future road of schooling? I'm so scared to dream about the perfect Chinese school for them.......My road will slowly switch to homeschooling. I decided to take the challenge. Lets go through together with all homeschooler..........Please give me the courage to search what suit them best!

I believe that I'm the one who are able to give the best!

Imagination about Toy Museum around the world.....19 April 2010

Jonathan saw the Toy Musuem's brochure on the table. He was telling me.

Jonathan: "Mommy, do you know there were Toy Museum around the world."
Mommy: "Maybe."
Jonathan: "There are all around the world like Japan, Singapore, India, Korea, China, Hong Kong, Australia"
Jonathan: "I want to go around the world to visit all the Toy Museum."

Actually, mommy was thinking of are you thinking of Disneyland.......Hahaha..........Things that surprised me was he know more countries that I'm thinking......

Chloe....you are amazing! on 22 April 2010

As usual, we went swimming after their afternoon nap around 5pm. Today, they meet a friend from Australia who like to play with them. They were so happy to see her again since last 2 months.

My girl surprised me today, she was on her own since I'm with Jonathan (he was scared of water level in the adult pool). She learned on her own and sure her own styles as well. Chloe started swimming from here to there (from here until the end of swimming pool).

I didn't noticed it at first since I'm concentrated with Jonathan. Once i noticed about her action, she smiled at me. I was worry about "was she tired?". I'm asking her to slow down and had a rest first before she continue again on the swimming.

Guess? How many times she was swimming? Around 6 times. She did even floating (face facing in the sky) on the water without my help. Mommy didn't swim since my goggles was with my girl. She was now was able to hold her breath in the water and then said to me "I saw your feet in the water,Mommy." I was amazed by her improvement.

Children learn through her/his own pace/rhythm. Some are fast, some are slow! If you believe they can do it, just a proper guide, they will succeed.

Happy birthday....My little princess Chloe (5 Years old) on 29 October 2009

My girl dress as a princess today! She refused to wear uniform to school. Once I collect the cake from bakery shop, I'm already felt dissapointment because the cake was not up to my expectation. My girl told me what her expectation on the cake look like. She wish to had a princess standing on the cake. It was too expensive and need to order at least 1.5/2kg while her classmates only had around 10 peoples.

She love pink colour. Sure, I told the aunty to put some pink colour and what come out? The aunty put pink colour all around the cake especially on the top of the cake. It was not so nice since the picture was green colour. Can you imagine? Aiyo.............

The princess on the top was not drawing by hand. It was just a printed copy which made by colouring. I'm felt so guilty about this cake. My girl didn't complain about it but I felt a little bit of sadness in her heart. I will try to make it perfect for my darling princess Chloe this year. This year her class was around 20 peoples as well. So, I will prepared a unforgetable 6 years old birthday for her.

Happy Birthday...Jonathan (4 Years Old) on 30 October 2009

My prince was turning 4 years old!

One week before the Birthday party, we were choosing his birthday cake. Surprisingly, he rise up his voice on how he want the cake look like. He mentioned about McQueen cars but not red colour- in blue colour together with the racing flags. He was adding some more, he want Oreo biscuits and some colouring beads on the cake. My goodness! I'm was only take 15 minutes to settle with him on the cake. All done! Straight forward and hit the points! I love to deal with you. My prince!

Since his class was around 20+ peoples, then i need to order bigger cake around 1.5kg. How much does it cost? It was just a normal sponge cake - Orange and chocolate. It was costing RM60+ additional charges on the hand drawing on the cake.

Here come his special birthday cake! Another Doraemon's cake was his classmate, Jun Wei birthday!

Jonathan was so surprised! It was exactly how is look like when he describe the cake with me.

For the year 2010, my little prince starting order his cake since early of this year. He keep asking when is his birthday. This year, he wish to had the Ironman's cake. My goodness! I'm don't even sure the bakery auntie able to draw it!

Hair cut and Jia Yang's Birthday on 19 Jan 2010

This was the first time Jonathan had his hair wash at the saloon. Normally, we will go back and take bath. Today was so special, because we were going to attend Jia Yang's Birthday.

Penang Ferry on 3rd April 2010

We love ferry!

Chloe and Jonathan would rather to choose ferry rather than Penang Bridge! They still remember first time they ride on the ferry.

This time should be the third or fourth times in the ferry.

What Chloe do before going to kiddie? 21 April 2010

Normally, Chloe and Jonathan will wake up around 7 or 7+ on weekdays. Currently, after they wake up, they start watching "Magic English". In the mean while, they will go to clean up themselves and change their uniform.


After breakfast, they will go to ride their bicycle outside for around 10 to 15 minutes before going to school.



Chloe had try on the two wheels bicycle for the last half year. Until she said "mommy, I'm not ready for the two wheels, please change the new small tyres for me."

Shell art on 20 April 2010

Both of them decided to continue on the shells that they had coloured on 19 April 2010. They were started thinking the question "What can i do with the shells?". My boy started told me, he wish to do a picture that involved his relationship with robot. (Since he watch a movie called "Wall-E" last Sunday)

Chloe had no ideas at first, when she saw his brothers already done on the robots. She wish to do the robots only. Here come some photos of their products.

Guess which one was robot? The small and tiny one was robot. Another was Jonathan.

While he was doing his robot, he found out that he was short of robot hands. Then, i suggest to use other colour to replace it.

TUDM (also known as RMAF) visit on 18 April 2010

We arrived in the morning around 10. Both of them get very excited once they saw it on the road side while we on the way to go in TUDM. However, when I stepped in the museum, what happened to this museum was my first questions. Why they can't even take care a museum properly. So sad, Malaysia is going for wawasan 2020. It was seem that still long way to go. The museum was old, washroom and toilets can't not be used, some airplanes look like going to junkyard, someone throw rubbish in the gallery but the air cond is good....very cold. But i still felt uncomfortable.

There were two galleries - gallery 1 and gallery 2. For me, first gallery was more interested. My boy said why there were nothing in gallery 2. If you go on early morning, you better visit open air parts first before you visit the galleries.It will be very hot around 11+. For me, it just worth 1 hour + to visit the museum. Here come some of the scenes with photos.

We just arrived on TUDM. They were so excited and started jumping up and down.

Daddy try to answered and explained to him since daddy also don't know much.

What was inside the hole? Both of them so curious. Jonathan said that was Malaysia flag - with black and white stripes. Mommy answered Malaysia flag were red and white.


He looked really interested and asked a lots of questions. He also saw the workers painting on the old plane.


They enjoyed on the helicopter. Once daddy moved the control panel, the wing start to move a bit. Jonathan come down and stand at the wing while he asked his daddy to move again on the wing.

They had a looked and discussed on the plane body.

Jonathan said this was racing aeroplane and run to it because of the white and black stripes on the plane's body. It must be very fast.


They were playing on the helicopter. Chloe even tied up the seat belts.

My boy recalled again on the Ironman I movie, he tried on the sit and followed every instruction on the wall. Her sister joined in.

Chloe asked why eagle and not others birds? Mommy explained to her, eagle means very brave. Our Malaysia soldiers are brave and strong enough to protect Malaysia.

Discussion going on. Do not disturb. They end up different opinions.


Chloe asking what were these? We explained to her about what were on the soldier backpack. Each and every soldier will have this in his uniform or inside the backpack.

After we had a visit on the TUDM, we went to Times square Borders. We had not been there for a long time. Jonathan stared at me while I am took photos with flashes.Sorry! He was Ironman's fan. He is waiting for the Ironman II at the cinema this month end.

My girl first time reading comics besides cars magazines. She just hang up to 5 minutes then she put the book back to shelf.
