Wednesday afternoon

Daddy brought two durian home yesterday night.


Chloe experience to open the durian on her own.

She love durian.....she love fruits........just like her grandma........

Jonathan was considering to eat durian for a long time, he finally agreed to had a tiny taste of durian. Haha....he vommit out the durian!

At night, after we come back from swimming, he finally request to taste the durian again. Fortunately, his sister willing to share her durian with him.

Hooray! He ate it clean!

Once Chloe saw this ceramic making machine with the "Tanah Liat". She quickly responed "I want to do this!" It was look like playing clay. She love it!

For the first time, they were able to touch the tanah liat.


Mommy had a trial on the ceramic making. Haha....It was not easy and you need to control the pedal.

Chloe didn't try this time since she knew that we need to control the pedal, maybe she will be courage to try on next time.

Do you wish to have a try on the henna drawing? "No, mommy, we don't want it" We scared!

I decided to ease their fear factor with I'm trying first!


My very first time on the indian drawing. I just knew that they draw it when they on their big day? wedding? This photo taken by Chloe. This was done around 12pm. Both of them told me, don't do this drawing, daddy will scold you! Hahaha............They use my partner to scare me lor!



Around 2pm, I suggest again to Jonathan since Chloe told me again she don't want to do it! I admit that I use a little trick to made him agree on the drawing. He taught that "Ironman" will be draw on his hand. Hahaha....finally, he got three balls on his hand. Immediately after the drawing, he telling me, he want to clean up his hand. Both of them go to wash room without my notice until daddy remind me. I finally saw them coming out from the playroom. The drawing still on his hand............he start scolding me.......daddy............hahaha..........(Mommy felt happy!) At least he try somethings he haven't do it before!

He told his sister............It was fun! And encourage her to do it again!



Finally, before we leave around 4pm. I'm suggest to my girl again. Do you want betterfly on your hand? She said she want but she scared! See on the picture........She was happy! Now, she no longer scared to try something new!

Be brave! Be courage! Never Never let your fear made you down! Try again! Tray again! You can do it! You can achieve it!

First time, they had their comics looking photos.


Mommy had a long q before our turn. Both of they playing in the playground after enjoying their cupcakes.

Haha.....Isn't it cute? A memory of three of us explore the world together without daddy accompanied! Sure, we miss daddy!

Haha.....another photos surprised us! Daddy with us now? How come? Daddy joined us after working hour. Thank you Uncle Lee driving daddy car to go back home.

For the first time, My girl completed her whole piece of batik on her own! Bravo!

She draw a house on the Kain Batik and then follow by wax! She start colouring!

After she enjoyed all the colouring. She mentioned to me again, she wish to draw a tree besides the house. She finally use the wax tool on her own. Before that, I was holding her hand!

Cooking with balloon


How to cook with balloon? Our curious!


Cornflakes and a paper plate with spoon. Then they distribute a balloon and a plastic.

Mixed the cornflakes with honey. They wash to surface of the balloon follow by deep the balloon with cooking oil. After that, deep the balloon into the hot chocolate to make chocolate bowl. At home, we can put inside the fridge....

Final product...put the cornflakes in the chocolate bowl. That all!

Our experiment had fail that why no picture.

Now, when I ask them to try on new things. They will answered with "Yes, sure."
Mommy wish to cultivate them the courage to try on new things.

Surprisingly, they enjoy the process of making this paper robots. I was thinking that maybe that I'm the one who need to finished it!

Haha.....They done it completely on their own! Chloe request again to do it at home. Fortunately, mommy always have a habit to collect extra copies for free.

After our failure cupcakes making at home. This was our second time trying on the cupcakes decorating. They keep asking me to do for the second time and third times.


Mommy, I wish to do the cupcakes icing decorating..........
(This was our first one)


However, they continue to do the second one around 1pm, now they try on different shapes and pattern.........(Our second time)



The third times, the person in charges refused to let us do again since she recognised us now. After mommy please and please again, finally she agreed. Now, they have more fun and happy after doing their third one with smilling face.........haha....It were ulgy face.......weird........but good job for the first time doing this decorating.........

Totally, they ate 3 cupcakes each.

Bon Odori festival 17 July 2010

Dancing and sound of drum....the show started


More and more people come nearer to the stage


The center stage where the Bon Odori Show perform


Chloe was holding the Bon Odori fans.

For the first time, both of them attend Bon Odori festival which held at Stadium Panasonic at Shah Alam annually. We reached there around 6.30pm where the show will start on 7pm. It was very crowded, we park our car very far away from the stadium.

We saw a lots of busses stopped there and a lots of teenager went there. It looks like teenagers and family gathering over there. Haha.........

Chloe and Jonathan were cool without saying anything. After we meet auntie Shannon, Zhang En and Zhang Hui. We went to buy some food for dinner. We just have some drinks, green tea buns and some sushi. Don't even have chance to taste the ice cream. Long Long Q!

After the event start, we start moving near the stage where Chloe and Jonathan saw a lots of people start following the dance and enjoy the Japanese melody. Chloe refused to dance together. However, Jonathan start his own style of Bon Odori dance.

Around 11.00pm

Mommy exhausted......low battery! Finally, I was able to touch my pillow........

4.30pm...cooking, 5.45pm washing the plates, 6.00pm swimming at club house, 8.00pm dinner, 9.00pm Ironing and hanging clothes + vacumm, 9.45pm Activities with children, 11pm....do you think I can sleep peacefully?

Sorry, mommy, we give you a time off on the flash cards but not on story books.............!
They never let me sleep before all those story books!


Pinnocchio 24 pages, Rapunzel 24 pages, Hansel and Gretel 24 pages, Baba Yaga The Flying Witch 47 pages, Goldilocks and the Three Bears 47 pages and the last books Amazing rescues 48 pages..........over 200+ pages. The love it so much!

The eyes nearly closed on the last book "Amazing rescues". It includes of "Amazing rescues in the air", "Amazing rescue in the water" and "Amazing rescue underground".

Last time, my boy impressed with with reading this book. He will ask me read line by line by pointing the words and he will follow to read out. Wow........for 4 years boy.

Guess how much this book cost us? Only RM3.00 at popular clearance!

My boy angry after reading all those books, he was not enough! He want me to read more more more books for him! He was crying and still angry when he went to sleep! I felt so guilty...sorry boy! I pray inside my heart, I will read more books for you start tomorrow!

Robot hand again and Cars worksheets....22 July 2010

Chloe wish to do the robot hand since she done for the first time last month at PSN. Now, she was doing her own robot hand with minimum help from mommy! Hooray!

He had done almost 20 pages on yesterday night....Mommy done the drawing part and he do the colouring part. He can still remember what colour on the lightning....

In the meanwhile, Jonathan decided to do his cars worksheets.....He had done his word search, calculating, spot differences and drawing....end with stick the stickers on the radiotor springs where Lightning Mcqueen stayed. Surprisingly, he love words search..........
