Day 3 Langkawi Makam Mahsuri on 3rd June 2010

This was my second time visit Makam Mahsuri. The first time was around 18 years ago. I don't even remember what happened to Mahsuri. However, there were change a lots over Makam Mahsuri. Now, It was really become a tourist attraction.

The entrance fees was RM5/Adult and RM1/children from 4-6 years old. It was cost us RM17.00. When we walk inside, first we will saw the makam Mahsuri. Then, we are thinking of there were a lots of rumah papan which one was Mahsuri's house. So curious, there was no story about Mahsuri and we finally found where Mahsuri stayed. Unfortunately, it was closed for no reason. Aiyo.........

Chloe and Jonathan heard some story from my sister word of mouth. They were asking who was stayed inside the makam. I answered "Maybe somebody or Maybe nobody". The makam Mahsuri built after Mahsuri was death.

Since Jonathan had been very curious why Mahsuri death, mommy try to find some story books on Mahsuri at the Airport while we were waiting the flight. Fortunately, mommy found one think book with all about Langkawi. Finally, Jonathan heard about the story of Mahsuri and why she death. He wish to bought that book but that book cost us around RM200.00.

He continue asking about Mahsuri after we reached home and continue again asking about Mahsuri for the whole the half month of June. He felt sad about Mahsuri story and said we shouldn't punish Mahsuri without any prove. The incident cause a baby without a mommy and parents lost her daughter.
