1st homeschoolers gathering to make banana cakes on 9th June 2010

Today, we finally able to attend Cheras-Kajang homeschoolers gathering. It was consist of a group of 11 children with 5 mommies.Thank you aunty Hoi Yan for organising such meaningful activity for children. Today were Chloe and Jonathan first time baking in their life.

Baking time for Banana cake start!

Recipe for children!

Chloe and Jonathan were excited when they start making Banana cake!

Smashed the banana add an egg when it's ready follow by pouring the oil and stir, stir, stir....

Add in Baking soda + salt follow by flour

The dough had done, time to decorate the banana dough and put it inside the oven for an hour!

Let's see what happened in the oven, aunty Fiona said that "Our banana cake becane double decker." haha.........

Ho...ho...ho.....hot from oven! Wow.....we felt great on the cake!
